Returns and right of withdrawal
Each Inspired to Flow print is produced to order. We do not offer an additional voluntary return period, but this does not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period is calculated from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive the item. If multiple items from the same order are delivered separately, the period is calculated from the day on which the last item is received. You may also exercise the right of withdrawal before delivery.
To exercise your right of withdrawal before the applicable period expires, you may:

submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account using the email address associated with your order;

send a clear withdrawal statement to info@inspiredtoflow.com; or

send a clear withdrawal statement by post using the contact details provided below.
When you use the online withdrawal function, we will send confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email, without undue delay. Where required by applicable law, the confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its submission.
A valid statutory withdrawal does not require our prior approval. Any review of an online request is carried out to confirm eligibility, provide return instructions and process the return.
To help us process your withdrawal, please include your order number and identify the item or items you wish to return. You may use the optional withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not required.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification.
Customers in other countries retain any mandatory cancellation or return rights available under the laws applicable to their purchase.

Please do not send returns to the fulfilment or sender address shown on the original parcel, as this may not be the correct return destination.
Condition of returned items
You may open and inspect the item to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
Please package the item securely and use the original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Return shipping costs
For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
This section applies to change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please follow the instructions in the section below before returning it.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@inspiredtoflow.com.
To help us assess and resolve the issue, please include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and, where relevant and available, its packaging.
Please do not return the item before contacting us. We will assess the issue and provide any necessary instructions.
We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, price reduction or refund.
Requesting prompt notice and photographs does not limit your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To choose a different artwork or size, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
This does not affect your rights if the original item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the price paid for the returned item or items.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for that order. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
If you withdraw from only part of an order, any refund of the original delivery charge will be calculated in accordance with applicable law and the portion of the delivery cost attributable to the returned item or items.
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law. For withdrawals governed by the consumer laws of the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, this will be no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
Optional withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the online function available in your customer account or by sending any other clear statement by email or post.
