during a time of returning to myself

after a lifetime of being who I thought I was expected to be.

It has been a process of learning to trust myself again.


To learn to listen to myself.
To recognize what feels true and what no longer does.


What I choose to keep close
and what I no longer allow near me.

All of this lives within these artworks.
