Frequently Asked Questions

A few things you might be wondering.

Is the frame included with the print?

No, the frame is not included.
This allows you to choose a frame that best fits your space and style.

Will my print fit a standard frame?

Prints are designed to fit standard frame sizes,
though slight production tolerances may occasionally result in a tighter fit
with certain frame brands.

What kind of paper is used?

All prints are produced on matte, museum-quality fine art paper.
It softly diffuses light and gives the artwork a calm, refined presence.

Will the colors look exactly as they do on screen?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings,
but each art print is carefully produced
to reflect the artwork as faithfully as possible.

How should I unpack and care for my print?

Handle your print by the edges with clean, dry hands
and place it on a clean, dry, flat surface.

If your print arrives rolled,
carefully remove it from the packaging
and unroll it slowly together with the protective paper.
Allow it to relax naturally.

Avoid forcing it flat or pressing into the centre as this may cause creases.

To help it settle, place the print between two clean sheets of unprinted paper
or inside the protective paper it arrived in.
Lay a clean, flat board on top
and add light, evenly distributed weight for 24–48 hours before framing.

Display your print in a dry space and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

unless the applicable charges have already been collected at checkout.

Any additional charges are determined by local authorities
in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer commissions?

Not at the moment.

Right now, I’m following what feels meaningful
and allowing each piece to develop naturally, rather than creating on request.

Not at the moment.
For now, I’m keeping the original pieces close.
