Terms of service

Last updated: 24 June 2026

1. About These Terms

This website and online store are operated by Inspired to Flow OÜ. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Inspired to Flow”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inspired to Flow OÜ.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, customer-account features, content, products and related services, collectively referred to as the “Services”.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The following policies also apply:

These policies form part of these Terms where relevant. If a policy contains more specific terms concerning a particular matter, those specific terms will apply to that matter.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

2. Seller and Contact Information

The seller and contracting party for purchases made through the online store is:

Inspired to Flow OÜ
Registry code: 17233524
Registered office: Pärnu maakond, Saarde vald, Kilingi-Nõmme linn, Pärnu tn 82-1, 86304, Estonia

3. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity or appropriate permission required to enter into a binding contract.

When using the Services or placing an order, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current and complete. This may include your name, contact details, billing information, delivery address and other information reasonably required to process and fulfil your order.

You are responsible for checking that your order and contact details are correct before submitting the order.

If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for protecting access to your email account, devices and account authentication information. Please notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.

You may not sell, transfer or assign your customer account to another person.

4. Products and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately.

Colours, tones, details and the overall appearance of a product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen because of differences in devices, display settings, brightness and colour calibration.

Our fine art prints are individually produced from original artwork. Minor variations may occur as part of the printing, cutting and finishing process. Slight production tolerances may occasionally result in a tighter fit with certain frame brands.

Such reasonable variations are not considered defects where the product remains consistent with its description, intended dimensions and expected quality. This does not affect your rights where a product is damaged, defective or materially different from its description.

Product photographs, frames, room settings and decorative objects are for presentation purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. Frames and pictured accessories are not included unless they are specifically identified as part of the product.

The product information and price displayed when you submit your order form part of the contract.

We may update product descriptions, prices, available sizes and other information or discontinue a product at any time. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order that has already been accepted.

All products are subject to availability.

5. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown in the online store or at checkout.

Prices include any taxes that we are legally required to collect as part of the sale. Shipping charges and any other amounts collected by us are shown before you submit your order.

Depending on the delivery destination, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees may be imposed by local authorities or delivery providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when you submit your order.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply to that promotion.

You confirm that:

  • the payment information you provide is accurate;
  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
  • sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the payment.

Payment must be successfully authorised before we begin processing the order.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

A contract is formed between you and Inspired to Flow OÜ when:

  • your payment has been successfully authorised; and
  • we send you an order confirmation accepting the order.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason.

After acceptance, we may cancel all or part of an order only where legally permitted, including where:

  • a product is unavailable;
  • payment is reversed, declined or suspected to be unauthorised;
  • the delivery information is incomplete or clearly incorrect;
  • delivery to the specified destination is not reasonably possible;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unlawful activity;
  • an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred;
  • the order exceeds reasonable quantity limits;
  • the order appears to be intended for unauthorised commercial resale; or
  • accepting or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an accepted order after receiving payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected product.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our products are sold for personal, household or end use and not for unauthorised resale.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Our products are produced to order, and production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Please contact us at info@inspiredtoflow.com as soon as possible if you notice an error or wish to request a change or cancellation.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request where production has not yet begun. However, we cannot guarantee that a submitted or accepted order can be changed before dispatch.

This operational limitation does not restrict a mandatory right of withdrawal. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, a consumer may exercise it from the conclusion of the contract until the end of the applicable withdrawal period after delivery.

8. Production, Shipping and Delivery

Products may be produced and fulfilled by third-party fulfilment partners. Depending on the products and delivery destination, orders may be produced or dispatched from different locations, and products from the same order may arrive separately.

We ship to the destinations made available at checkout.

Delivery usually takes approximately 7–14 business days, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Production times, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, weather and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Unless a different period has been agreed, we will deliver the products without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order where tracking is available.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once production or dispatch has begun, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Where an order cannot be delivered because:

  • the address provided was incorrect or incomplete;
  • delivery was refused without a valid legal reason; or
  • the parcel was not collected within the carrier’s collection period,

we may require payment of reasonable additional delivery costs before resending the order, where permitted by law.

The risk of loss of or damage to the products remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the products.

Where you independently arrange a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the products are handed over to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not responsible for a delay caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not remove any right or remedy available to you under mandatory consumer law.

Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

For consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the relevant date determined under applicable law.

For goods, this period generally relates to the date on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receive physical possession of the goods. A consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal before delivery.

You may exercise an applicable right of withdrawal by:

  • using the online withdrawal or cancellation function made available through the store;
  • emailing a clear withdrawal statement to info@inspiredtoflow.com; or
  • sending a clear withdrawal statement by post to our registered office.

Where you use the online withdrawal function, we will send confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, such as email.

Further conditions, return instructions, return costs, refund timing and the optional withdrawal form are provided in our Refund Policy.

For a change-of-mind return made under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product where this has been communicated before the purchase.

The customer may inspect the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition. We may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, where permitted by law.

Where you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

The fact that a product is produced after an order is placed does not by itself remove a statutory right of withdrawal. A legal exception may apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised for that customer.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits a right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Products

We are responsible for ensuring that the products supplied conform to the contract and their description.

Please inspect the order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product:

  • arrived damaged;
  • is defective;
  • is materially different from its description;
  • is the wrong product; or
  • is missing from the delivery.

Please contact info@inspiredtoflow.com and include, where reasonably available:

  • your order number;
  • a description of the issue;
  • clear photographs of the product; and
  • photographs of the packaging where the packaging may be relevant to the damage.

Please do not return a damaged, defective or incorrect product before receiving instructions from us. An unnecessary or unauthorised return may make the issue more difficult to assess and resolve.

Requesting prompt notice and reasonable supporting information does not reduce your statutory rights or the period during which a valid claim may be made.

For consumers, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity during the period provided by applicable law. Under Estonian consumer law, this period is generally two years from delivery.

Available remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law. These may include bringing the product into conformity through repair or replacement, where appropriate, followed by a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund where the legal conditions for those remedies are met.

For an art print that cannot reasonably be repaired, replacement will usually be the more appropriate way to bring the product into conformity, provided replacement is possible and proportionate.

Further information is available in our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All original content made available through the Services, including:

  • artwork and paintings;
  • photographs and videos;
  • written reflections and other text;
  • typography and graphic elements;
  • product designs and compositions;
  • logos, branding and visual identity;
  • website layouts and presentation; and
  • the selection and arrangement of such content,

is owned by or licensed to Inspired to Flow OÜ.

This content is protected by applicable Estonian, European Union and international intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • reproduce, copy, download, distribute or republish our protected content;
  • modify, crop, adapt or create derivative works from our content;
  • print or reproduce artwork separately from a legitimately purchased physical print;
  • use our content on merchandise, products or commercial materials;
  • remove or obscure a signature, watermark, copyright notice or ownership information;
  • sell, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Services;
  • use our artwork, photographs, writing or other content to train, develop, test or operate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system;
  • use automated tools to scrape, extract or systematically collect our protected content or data; or
  • use our names, designs or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or ownership.

Nothing in this section restricts use that is expressly permitted by mandatory applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Inspired to Flow OÜ and the relevant rights holders.

12. Reviews, Feedback and Customer Content

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions or other content.

You retain ownership of content that you submit.

By submitting content to us or through the Services, you grant Inspired to Flow OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, publish and share that content for the purposes of:

  • operating and improving the Services;
  • displaying customer reviews;
  • communicating about our products; and
  • promoting Inspired to Flow and its products.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You confirm that:

  • you own the content or have permission to submit it;
  • the content is accurate and not misleading;
  • it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
  • any compensation or incentive connected with it has been disclosed; and
  • it is not unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene or malicious.

We may decline to publish, edit for formatting or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or another person’s rights.

We are not responsible for opinions expressed by customers or other third parties.

13. Third-Party Services and Privacy

The Services may use or provide access to payment services, delivery services, applications, embedded content, login functions or websites operated by third parties.

Our online store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through the store are made directly from Inspired to Flow OÜ. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of our products.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent content, security, availability or practices of websites and services that we do not control. This does not limit our responsibility where applicable law makes us responsible for a service provider’s actions in connection with your order.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the Services:

  • for unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purposes;
  • to infringe our rights or the rights of another person;
  • to submit false or misleading information;
  • to impersonate another person or entity;
  • to harass, threaten, abuse or harm another person;
  • to transmit malware, viruses or other harmful code;
  • to interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
  • to gain unauthorised access to an account, system or network;
  • to collect or track personal information unlawfully;
  • to send spam or unauthorised promotional material;
  • to circumvent technical, security or access-control measures;
  • to use bots, scraping tools or automated systems in violation of these Terms; or
  • to copy, extract, sell or exploit the Services or their content without permission.

We may restrict or suspend access to the Services where we reasonably believe that these Terms, applicable law or another person’s rights have been violated.

15. Website Availability, Errors and Corrections

We take reasonable care to keep the Services accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, delay or technical error.

We may temporarily restrict or suspend access for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions concerning product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping charges or delivery estimates.

We may correct errors and update information.

Corrections made after an order has been accepted will not alter the agreed contract unless:

  • you agree to the change;
  • the correction is required by law; or
  • we are legally entitled to cancel the affected order, in which case we will notify you and refund the relevant payment.

16. Liability and Events Outside Our Control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits:

  • mandatory consumer rights;
  • our responsibility for products that do not conform to the contract;
  • liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct; or
  • any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for losses that:

  • were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed;
  • resulted from incorrect information supplied by you;
  • arose from using the Services in violation of these Terms;
  • relate to unauthorised commercial or resale use of a product; or
  • resulted solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where you are acting as a consumer, we remain responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of business opportunity where a product was purchased primarily for personal or household use.

Events outside our reasonable control may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, industrial action, widespread transport disruption, failure of essential infrastructure or significant disruption to carriers or supply chains.

Where such an event materially affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its impact and provide information where reasonably possible.

If an event outside our control prevents us from fulfilling the contract, you retain any right to cancel the affected order and receive a refund that applies under mandatory law.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or the Services where:

  • these Terms have been materially violated;
  • fraudulent or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected;
  • the security of the Services or another user is at risk; or
  • suspension or termination is required by law.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before taking such action.

Suspension or termination of website access does not affect:

  • an order that has already been accepted, unless that order is separately and lawfully cancelled;
  • rights and obligations that arose before termination; or
  • any statutory consumer rights.

Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue after termination, including intellectual-property, liability and dispute provisions, will remain in effect.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and contracts concluded through the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection available under the laws of the country in which you habitually reside.

Any court proceedings will be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts a consumer’s right to bring a claim before a competent court in the consumer’s country of residence where that right is provided by law.

We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern directly.

Written complaints may be submitted to:

info@inspiredtoflow.com

We will respond to a written consumer complaint within 15 days, unless a different period is required by applicable law.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute, a consumer may submit the dispute to the:

Consumer Disputes Committee
Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority
Endla 10A
10122 Tallinn
Estonia

Information about the committee and the submission of an application is available at:

https://www.ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee

The Consumer Disputes Committee is an independent and impartial out-of-court dispute-resolution body. Proceedings are free of charge for the consumer.

For qualifying cross-border disputes within the European Union, a consumer may also seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre in their country.

The availability of out-of-court dispute resolution does not remove either party’s right to bring a matter before a competent court.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect:

  • changes to the Services or our business practices;
  • changes to technology or security requirements;
  • changes to our service providers; or
  • changes to applicable law or regulatory requirements.

The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Changes apply prospectively from their effective date. Orders already accepted remain subject to the Terms in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

20. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law or, where necessary, will be separated from the remaining Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.

We may transfer our rights or obligations in connection with a restructuring, merger, sale or transfer of the business, provided that this does not reduce your rights under an existing consumer contract.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such transfer is permitted by mandatory law.

These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement concerning your use of the Services and purchases made through the online store.

Nothing in this section excludes information, commitments or rights that form part of the contract under mandatory applicable law.
